As we near the end of the fourth month of 2019 and the markets reach closer to new heights, I’m compelled to point you back to one of our LinkedIn posts from last October.
At the time, the market had just ended a horrible first week of the Quarter and it didn’t get much better after that. Rumors of investors selling their stocks and moving to cash were heard everywhere. I wrote this piece to remind investors to stick to their comprehensive plan. Don’t deviate.
Now, in the full bloom of Springtime, the “cold winter market downturn” seems to be completely forgotten. We’re noting a number of investors trying to chase this quick market turn-around, deviating widely from their long-term goals. I urge caution.
